A little bit of what I do

I lead our housing sector work at IFF. I am passionate about the importance of a good home and how housing policy and providers can deliver that for more people. This means I’m often working with housing providers to help them understand their customers and improve experience, leading projects that seek inform policy design and implementation, or helping strengthen IFF’s already considerable range of skills and expertise in the housing sector.

What I’ve achieved

I joined IFF in 2022 from the housing charity Shelter, where I led research spanning housing markets, homelessness services and social housing. Prior to this my experience included leading strategic research for a major social housing provider, providing policy consultancy in the civil service and leading customer satisfaction programmes in a range of service sectors. At IFF I get to combine all this experience in work ranging from policy evaluations to customer journey mapping, all aimed at providing insight that leads to better housing outcomes.
