About you

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to help us grow our brand, drive sales and support talent acquisition and people retention.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail. And should have experience of various marketing activities including copywriting and content creation, across various different channels.

Most important though is having the right “can do” attitude. You’ll be supporting team members across the business, so we’re looking for someone with great interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of people. In this varied role you’ll be juggling competing tasks so you’ll need to be organised and be able to prioritise effectively.

You’ll be doing some basic design work using Canva, so some design skills and experience would be beneficial.

About the role

As the Marketing Executive, you’d be helping the smooth running of the department, so that we can achieve our objectives of growing our brand, driving sales and supporting talent acquisition and people retention. This varied role will include a wide range of marketing activities from copywriting to content creation, as well as accompanying administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with a wide range of people, including the wider Marketing team (Marketing Director and Communications Lead), People team and Research team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the IFF website, liaising with stakeholders to ensure content is regularly refreshed and up to date
  • Support the Comms Lead with content creation, such as drafting external and internal newsletters, blogs and social media posts
  • Basic design work, including using Canva to create social media tiles and email header images
  • Monitor IFF press, keeping an up-to-date record of coverage
  • Monitor review platforms and respond to reviews with the support of the Comms Lead
  • Maintain a relevant and engaging image gallery, including stock photos and icons
  • Support in-person or virtual events, with admin and logistical support
  • Management of the IFF CRM database, including data uploads, downloads, and data cleansing
  • Manage the marketing inbox, responding to clients, research respondents and job seekers
  • Support IFF committees with company-wide communications
