We’re committed to having a positive impact through the work that we do and the way we do business

Linked with our values of ‘being human first’ and ‘making a difference’, we strive to positively impact the lives of our team, our partners and wider society. One element of this commitment is through our charity giving programme.

Our 2025/26 charity partner

Each year, we invite our team to nominate and vote for a charity partner that we can support collectively. For 2025/26, we’re proud to be partnering with Single Homeless Project (SHP), a London-based charity dedicated to preventing homelessness and helping people rebuild their lives.

SHP provides vital support, including housing, mental health services, and employment assistance, ensuring that those facing homelessness have the resources they need to move forward.

So far, our team have volunteered helping renovate and decorate their service spaces to make it welcoming for residents, we’ve supported their annual sports day, we’ve created packages and Christmas gifts for people experiencing homelessness and our CEO took part in their CEO Sleepout, raising vital funds for their work.

Other charities we support

In addition, over the last 12 months we’ve supported a number of charities giving:

  • On behalf of clients – in lieu of gifts at Christmas and at events
  • On behalf of respondents – as thanks for their time
  • On behalf of our team – supporting fundraising initiatives through matched giving
  • Our time to deliver pro-bono work, and through volunteering leave, enabling team members to support projects they’re passionate about

Giving our time

We believe one of our greatest assets is our people.

We’re lucky to have some of the most skilled, experienced and passionate people within the industry. So, in addition to supporting charities financially, we’re keen to share those skills, by supporting charities through volunteering programmes and nominated pro-bono projects.

Since 2019, we’ve partnered with charity Future Frontiers, delivering careers mentoring for disadvantaged young people, through a series of 4-week programmes, delivered by IFF volunteers. The programme has taught us that giving up our time to support others benefits our team as much as the young people we’ve supported.

Each of our salaried team members also get 2 paid days volunteering to support charities of their choosing.

We’re always looking for ways in which we use our skills to help charities and not-for-profits, so do get in touch if you think we could add value to your project or group: hello@iffresearch.com.
