While it’s always nice to have a little silverware for the walls, awards provide important provide recognition for our team – whose hard work and input are what we believe makes IFF a great to work with and for.
Team learning and development
In 2025, we won two awards which recognise excellence in people development:
The Princess Royal Training Awards recognise outstanding commitment to learning and development and the positive impact it’s had on both organisations and their people. We were delighted to have received this prestigious award for our Trainee Research Programme, which is designed to set junior researchers, and our organisation, up for success by building skills and confidence, while successfully integrating trainees into life at IFF.
Our commitment to development was also recognised by the Market Research Society in their Operations Awards, having been selected as winners for Best Training & Development for our telephone interviewer development programme in both 2024 and 2025.

Operational Excellence
We’ve been recognised repeatedly for our commitment to quality over the last 5 years in the Market Research Society’s Operations awards. We won the coveted Operational Excellence award in 2020, was Highly Commended in 2021, and have been selected as finalists each consecutive year since.
“This impressive entry detailed how this agency had migrated their telephone interviewing operation to a home-working model. At the peak it included 1,100 interviewers delivering some of the largest surveys in the UK. Aligned with our value of being human-first, we nurture an inclusive and supportive culture, where our people can thrive. This culture is frequently recognised in industry awards. We’ve been shortlisted as finalists in the Market Research Society’s Best Place to Work Award every year since 2019 and were awarded a Highly Commended in 2023.
In 2025, we were also selected as finalists for the Employer of the Year Award in the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards. This award celebrates organisations that go the extra mile through all stages of the employee lifecycle, from inclusive recruitment to an ethical culture and genuine career progression.
