About you

This role is for someone working at this level already and who enjoys the pace of agency life, working on multiple projects with colleagues who are supportive and collaborative.

You will likely have experience in a similar role and will be able to step into this position to build your skill further or will be ready and able to step up to this responsibility and start working with and learning from our team straight away. Being familiar and confident with the research process is a must and you’ll have already produced quality analysis and reporting that is clear with good insight. Due to the nature of the projects you’ll work on, it would help you to demonstrate competent survey design and management skills as well as experience of conducting qualitative research. You’ll have great written and verbal communication skills, be happy working autonomously and proactively but equally be able to work positively and flexibly within project teams alongside your colleagues to get the best out of everyone and the project.

About the role

This role joins our team who primarily work in the work, welfare and wellbeing and housing sectors and who specialise in working on large scale projects for Government, public and third sector clients in the UK. As a Senior Research Executive, you’ll assist on a number of projects to ensure they’re delivered on time, to specification and to budget. You’ll undertake a range of research tasks efficiently and to a high standard, whilst coordinating and supporting more junior team members all the while developing your skills as a researcher and working with and learning from your colleagues in order to grow your expertise and career.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and tasks through effective planning and prioritisation.
• Supervise and delegate to Research Executives and Assistants.
• Design high quality survey questionnaires and qualitative topic guides.
• Proactively manage and monitor projects in field.
• Conduct qualitative interviews, actively listening and probing appropriately.
• Ensure accuracy in survey questionnaire scripts and data outputs
• Produce insightful analysis and reporting
• Work in partnership with other departments
