A little bit of what I do

I have experience in nearly every sector in research but have found my home in research that informs policy design and advocacy across the public, third and private sector, driving real impact. I’m passionate about ensuring those most impacted by policy design have a seat in the table in helping to inform it, championing inclusive research that empowers diverse voices. Equally, I’m committed to making sure the workplace is as inclusive, dynamic and forward-looking as possible, to make both work and research, better for everyone.

What I’ve achieved

I’ve had the privilege of working on truly impactful projects, particularly around improving access to cash and fostering collaboration between regulators and the private sector to develop innovative solutions for consumers. But what I’m most proud of is the incredible people I’ve worked with—building and supporting high-performing teams that deliver meaningful change. I take great pride in fostering environments that prioritise the needs of teams and individuals, ensuring the workplace supports them to thrive.
