Remote Telephone Interviewing Job (Home-Working)

Looking for a job with flexibility? With the ability to pick your own shifts, and work from home? Our home-based telephone interviewing jobs offers flexible work patterns, and remote working, while making a difference to our clients, our business and wider society.

We are always on the look out for talented people to join our interviewer team. It’s a great solution for people who need to fit shifts around responsibilities and lifestyles. Or who would prefer to work from home in the current climate.

What makes a good interviewer? You need to be a good listener, articulate and well-mannered, with a positive mindset and a good attitude. Empathy, tact and a calm demeanour also all help to deliver better results.

Here’s a little bit more about the role…

Highly flexible home-based roles nationwide with shifts available for weekday evenings and weekends. And for a fixed period we are able to offer agreements guaranteeing a minimum of 16 or 30 hours per week.

You’ll be engaging with businesses and members of the public in relation to ongoing research projects on behalf of the government, universities and private sector clients. There is absolutely no selling involved!

Full training and support will be provided by our in-house training team as soon as you join us. Then our interviewing services Team Leaders will be on hand to support you through each project and answer any questions you may have.

All you need is a stable internet connection, a computer and a head set, and feel comfortable using different applications. We’ll sort the rest!
