A little bit of what I do

I look after the marketing team at IFF. Essentially this involves helping us reach and attract new clients, and retain existing partners, by meeting and exceeding expectations. This includes managing all our digital channels, press / publicity, marketing communication, events management and supporting all our delivery teams. I also work closely with our People team to ensure we’re creating a work environment that helps attract and retain the best people – and is a fun and rewarding place to work for all.

What I have achieved

My appointment in spring 2019 was made in recognition of the growth IFF was enjoying and a desire to expand our marketing activities, with a strategic marketing lead. Since joining the team I’ve implemented marketing systems and processes to better support our people and our clients. As well as improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing activities, helping us attract new customers and staff. Our team has grown over the last year, and with that comes increased capacity, ideas and drive to deliver new and innovative ways to raise our profile, shout about our successes and delight our clients.
