At IFF Research, we provide insight and support to help our partners make better informed decisions. From project design through data collection, analysis and reporting, we use our experience and understanding of your needs to design a robust solution that will help you reach your objectives in the most effective and seamless way.
A successful partnership
From experience, a successful project is usually the result of two teams working collaboratively with a common goal. Which is why we view each research project as a partnership.
Your organisation, objectives and challenges are unique, deserving of a bespoke solution. As your research partner we’ll start by taking the time to understand your needs and expectations; before, designing a bespoke solution, tailored to your organisation.
Once we’ve agreed on actions, timescales and deliverables, we’ll get to work, during which your project manager will keep you informed throughout. Then, as the project draws to a close, we’ll share initial findings with you, prior to the creation of the agreed deliverables – whether that’s a report, presentation, or another method of dissemination to maximise the impact of the results.
Creating a winning team
With a team of over 100 research and support specialists we have the depth and breadth of knowledge to deliver a wide range of methodologies across multiple sectors.
Recognising that it’s our people, their knowledge and experience which adds real value, we create project teams based on both research expertise and sector understanding. This means you’ll not only be supported by research specialists, but also a team who understand the context in which you operate. This combination of experience and understanding helps us advise and support you through all stages of the project, maximising value and impact.
Ensuring senior involvement throughout
A high level of senior involvement at all stages in a project is a hallmark of our approach, with every IFF project overseen by two directors to ensure we deliver research of the highest quality.
As well as maintaining an overview of study at all times, directors play a very hands-on role, particularly at design and analysis phases. The project directors are responsible for ensuring work is carried out by staff with suitable skills. With all documents thoroughly reviewed by a project director before being sent to you or your respondents.
Having a second director on all studies also ensures a key decision maker is always available to advise and support you, for confidence and peace of mind.
