We’re accredited by the Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS), the market research’s industry benchmark quality standard for data collection.
We’re a member of ESOMAR – the World Association of Marketing Research Professionals – meaning that we adhere to strict industry codes to reassure clients and the wider public that our research is carried out in a professional and ethical manner.
We’re accredited to the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard. The ISO27001 is a business-critical accreditation that guides how we establish and implement new systems and processes, from new hardware, software, security and tight document controls. Our accreditation proves that we rigorously maintain and continually improve our business to protect the data we collect on behalf of our clients. It’s more than just a certificate – it’s the strict framework that informs how we operate, and is embedded within all our operational processes.
