Quality defines everything IFF Research does – By continuing to offer a full portfolio of research services from a single operational site, and by taking rigorous, traditional research approaches and techniques to the most demanding test environments we stand for unfailing quality across all of our offer.

As part of this commitment to conducting high quality research, we are accredited by the Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS), and are a partner member of the Market Research Society (MRS).

We are also a member of ESOMAR – the World Association of Marketing Research Professionals – meaning that we adhere to strict industry codes to reassure clients and the wider public that our research is carried out in a professional and ethical manner.

In August 2019, IFF Research were successfully reaccredited to the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard.

The ISO27001 is a business-critical accreditation that guides how we establish and implement new systems and processes, from new hardware, software, security and tight document controls.  Our accreditation proves without doubt that we rigorously maintain and continually improve our business to protect the data we collect on behalf of our clients.

For IFF, our ISO27001 accreditation is more than just a certificate – it’s is the strict framework we follow every day that forms our ways of working and is truly embedded our culture from employee induction through to regular audits and strict processes.  ISO27001 controls form the basis for the extent and method for information sharing at IFF.  Our values state: We expect all IFF staff to take personal responsibility for everything they do at work, which should always be the best they can deliver.  And these values hold true for each and every employee’s adherence to the ISO27001 standard.

IFF is registered with the Data Protection Commission as a Data Controller under the Data Protection Act 1998, and regularly acts as Data Handler on behalf of clients. Such relationships are controlled by written contract, defining the limits of use for the data handled. Our GDPR Policy is here.
