We’re proud of our reputation for delivering high quality research, and of being a trusted partner to government agencies, businesses and third sector organisations since 1965. We maintain rigorous systems and processes to ensure our research is robust, reliable and stands up to scrutiny, including working closely with a number of organisations and accreditation systems.

Market Research Society – Company Partner

We’re a partner member of the Market Research Society (MRS) and adhere to their code of conduct at all times. We also offer individual membership for all our team to ensure continuous professional development.

Recognised for operational excellence

We’ve been recognised for our commitment to quality repeatedly over the last 5 years in the Market Research Society’s Operations awards, winning the coveted Operational Excellence award, and Best Training & Development twice. As well as being selected as finalists in other years.

Independent assurance of quality and security

We’re certified to the ISO 27001 standard. ISO 27001 is a business-critical certification that guides how we establish and implement robust information security across our systems and processes, including new hardware, software, and – most importantly – data handling. Our certification demonstrates that we rigorously maintain, assess, and continually improve our controls to protect the data we collect and manage on behalf of our clients. It’s more than a certificate – it’s the strict framework that underpins how we operate and is embedded across all our operational processes.

We’re also certified to the ISO 20252 standard, the international benchmark for market, opinion, and social research. This accreditation sets out rigorous requirements for the full research lifecycle, including study design, sampling, fieldwork, data processing, and reporting. It ensures that our work is delivered consistently, transparently, and to the highest professional standards across all projects. As part of our commitment to transparency and high quality research standards, we publish our Statement of Applicability (SoA).

In addition, we’re certified to the ISO 9001 standard. ISO 9001 provides a globally recognised framework for quality management, ensuring we operate with strong governance, consistent processes, and a continuous focus on improvement and client satisfaction.

We’re also accredited by the Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS), the market research industry’s benchmark quality standard for data collection.

Data quality excellence

We’ve signed the GDQ Data Quality Excellence Pledge. This pledge is a landmark commitment for organisations in the research and analytics industry to uphold the highest standards of data quality in every area of their work.

By signing the Pledge, we’re committing to:

  • Uphold rigorous data quality standards – including documented processes to verify participant consent and identity, maintain robust technology and operational procedures, and ensure that every survey is secured from entry to exit
  • Provide transparency – clearly communicating the class of sample used, relevant data quality metrics, and the methodologies or standards that underpin our work
  • Protect participant experience and rights – adhering to national and international ethical codes, complying with local and global privacy regulations like GDPR, and following best practices in questionnaire design
  • Enable education and collaboration: Regularly reviewing standards across the entire value chain, actively train employees and partners, and contribute to industry best practices.

We’re a member of ESOMAR – the World Association of Marketing Research Professionals – meaning that we adhere to strict industry codes to reassure clients and the wider public that our research is carried out in a professional and ethical manner.
