A little bit of what I do

I head up our Higher Education sector at IFF. This involves collaborating with universities, government departments, and sector bodies to deliver insights that inform policy, enhance student experience, and support institutional development. As a researcher, I specialise in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and help clients address complex challenges and achieve meaningful change.

What I’ve achieved

I joined IFF as a trainee back in 2008, before working my way up and gaining a specialism in higher education. Over those years, I’ve led major projects for the Department for Education and Office for Students, as well as research with universities on student and staff experience, civic engagement, and collaboration.
