Creating an inclusive workforce and a culture of respect and acceptance is engrained in our company values, and we understand that different ways of thinking, working and communicating are key to our success.
As an employer of 470 people, 77 salaried and 393 non-salaried, we are publishing our first Gender Pay Gap Report in line with UK Government guidance. This report provides a snapshot of our gender pay gap details, accurate as of the 5th April 2017.
We will very shortly be publishing a detailed narrative and response to these figures, including how we intend to close any gender pay gap. If you have any queries, please contact Thomas Mitchell, HR Adviser, or Jan Shury, Managing Director.
