You’ll be able to demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively, contribute to the development of team members, and drive the strategic direction of our Higher Education research at IFF. We already work with key sector organisations such as HESA/JISC, the Office for Students, and the Department for Education. Now, we’re looking to build on this, expanding our work with HE providers to ensure that our research continues to support and inform the sector.

As a Higher Education expert within our team, you will:

  • Lead high-profile research projects that support universities, policymakers, and HE bodies and helping shape studies that address the sector’s key challenges.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to develop and refine IFF’s HE research offering.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, sharing your sector knowledge and research expertise.
  • Engage with HE stakeholders and networks, helping to deepen relationships and ensure our research reflects the needs of the sector.

As an expert within the team, you’ll take a leading role in driving business growth, expanding our client portfolio, and positioning IFF as a go-to research partner for Higher Education institutions.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, not only within IFF but across the Higher Education sector, utilising your skill and networks to impact our growth and your career.
