Step 1 - CLIENT BRIEFING
This first step in the process is to make sure we understand a client’s objectives. This ensures that we are able to offer the best package to suit their needs and budget.

Step 2 - QUESTIONNAIRE DESIGN
We use our extensive experience in market research to design the interview questions in such a way that that they are answered as helpfully as possible. This will ensure the highest quality results.

Step 3 - SURVEY PREPARATION
We programme our computer systems with client-approved telephone scripts. We brief our in-house fieldwork team on the overall aims behind each client’s questions before they commence the survey.

Step 4 - TELEPHONE SURVEY
Over a two-week period, our fieldwork team complete 500 telephone interviews from the UK business community, always making sure that they are speaking with senior people who have decision-making authority.

Step 5 - DATA TABLES
We process the results of the survey into user-friendly data tables. These are normally sent to clients as CSV files within a week of the telephone survey being completed.

Step 6 - RESULTS DEBRIEF
Finally, we offer all business omnibus clients a post-survey conference call to discuss their results in more detail and to answer any questions they might have.
