Pay FAQs

Is the Live Trial paid? If not, will I get reimbursed if I buy my own equipment for the training?

Yes, the Live Trial is paid and only applicable if you attend the full session.
If you are unable to attend the full session, you will not be paid until training and assessment have been concluded.
We do not reimburse the cost of any equipment, however, you will be paid if you attend the full session regardless of the outcome.

Equipment FAQs

Do I need to download any software? What are they?

Yes, you will need to download a Virtual Desktop and a Messaging application platform. Please see the Homeworking minimum requirements.

What do I need to attend the interview/work for IFF?

I have ordered ethernet cable/headset but still waiting on delivery, can I still attend?

You need to have your headset ready and tested before you can join the training.

Do I definitely need a headset? Why can't I use airpods? Do I need an ethernet cable even though my wifi is really strong?

Yes, you need a wired USB headset. Wireless airpods/headsets are not compatible with the system as there can be interference or loss of sound.
Yes, we need all homeworkers to have a stable and secure connection via Ethernet.

Are technical requirements stated in the job advertisement a must?

Yes, these are the minimum requirements.

Onboarding FAQs

What documents do I need to send before my training day?

TBC, bob onboarding including Casual Worker agreement, RTW documents, Orga onboarding.

I have not received the Onboarding and DocuSign, when can I expect them?

You will received your onboarding documents and invitation at least 48 hours prior to your Live Trial, once you have booked in and received confirmation for your training day. We need these completed at least 24 hours before the start of the Live Trial.
